Skin Care and Make-up Instructors

Von Lee International School of Aesthetics, renown worldwide for its premium education in the beauty industry, is seeking full-time and part-time instructors for its Esthetics and Make-up Artistry Programs.

Von Lee has been training professionals in esthetics, make-up and skin care for over 25 years. Offering the highest level of theoretical and practical training, Von Lee remains at the forefront in esthetics education.

Candidates must be licensed in Esthetics and have at least 3 years of industry experience. Potential instructors must be motivated, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and interact well with others. Previous teaching experience preferred, but not required.

Esthetics Program Instructor

Von Lee International School of Aesthetics, renown worldwide for its premium education in the beauty industry, is seeking an Esthetics Program Manager to manage its education/training department.

The candidate we are seeking must have impeccable managerial, communication and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities include:
Act as a liaison between teachers and staff
Lead and direct instructors to deliver highest quality esthetics education
Recruit, develop and motivate Esthetics and Make-up teaching staff
Write, orchestrate and implement advanced training programs and classes
Support admissions department and facilitate student concerns
Create and enhance teaching protocol updates and new program developments

Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven track record in business management
Progressive managerial experience in salon, spa and/or higher education industry desired
Esthetics license preferred but not required
Acute business savvy and problem-solving abilities
Excellent sales, marketing and communication skills
Keen analytical skills and ability to achieve results
